This 20-week academy is a modern approach on leadership development. You'll go on a personal and professional journey that will transform your thoughts, mindsets, behaviors and actions. You'll be a better leader, boss, parent, spouse, friend, and person in the world. You will have a new level of self-awareness that allows you to be more confident in your role, communicate more effectively with every personality type, create meaningful relationships, and find even more success in all aspects of your life. It does not take a lot of time, you just have to choose to be 1% better every day.

All workshops and Q&A calls will be held on Zoom Video. There will be recordings of each meeting if you are unable to attend live.
