If you are new to the Mindful Choice community, welcome! My name is Christie Garcia and I'm a Leadership Coach, Ego Management Expert, Speaker, Facilitator, and the Founder of Mindful Choice. 

For the last decade, I have worked with fast growing organizations and startups to help maximize leadership success through Ego Management. Our Leadership Academy and programs are all focused on teaching leaders how to identify and manage the unconscious mindsets, habits, and beliefs that unintentionally sabotage relationships, communication, and leadership effectiveness. Our ultimate goal is to change the conversation and bring humans back to business.
