MEET CHRISTIE GARCIA
Hey guys! I am the creator of The MANifesto. I am also a Leadership Coach, Speaker, Facilitator and Founder of Mindful Choice. I started my career 15 years ago in Medical Sales. Eight years ago I had a life changing fall from a 30ft fire escape. Luckily I walked away with no physical damage and just a huge reality check to start living my next chapter. I courageously left corporate America and built my own business. Over the last 7 years I've had the pleasure of working with leaders from fast growing organizations including Airbnb, Twitter, and Sunrun. Last year I realized that 95% of my clients were men. After coaching these good men and watching them grow, learn and be even more successful at work, in life, and with their families I decided it was time to build a platform that allows more men to have access to this work.
The MANifesto is a movement to be 1% better everyday. It supports the growth and success of all good men who want to be better leaders, husbands, dads, friends, and men in our world. I believe we need our men to step up, speak up, and share their wisdom about life, business, leadership, success, family and love. There is a lot of confusion on masculinity and roles in our world. As a strong confident woman, I know that we need strong confident men to do business with, to raise families with, and to support us when life gets hard. One of my super powers is bridging the gaps between feminine and masculine energy so relationships thrive and communication is productive.
